GuideStar, the world’s largest source of nonprofit information.

Cerner Associate Contributors
Identifying a potential health issue is step one in building healthy generations. First Hand advocates
for children and their families in the health care system, connecting them to providers and resources.
Through First Hand’s application-based case grant
program, individual children around the world receive
funding for needed care. The types of grants awarded fall into four main categories: clinical,
equipment, displacement, and vehicle modification.
